Excerpts
from the article in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, dtd Monday 17 June 2013:
A recent poll showed only 45 percent of Virginia voters were satisfied with the choice between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Ken Cuccinelli, with 40 percent saying they wish someone else were running (my emphasis).
Here is our opportunity to
find, vet and showcase someone who stands for States’ Rights, State Interposition,
Nullification and Secession. Let’s not waste it if at all possible. Jus sayin.,
VS
“Both campaigns are in weak positions relative to voters
right now,” said Quentin Kidd, director of the Wason Center for Public Policy
at Christopher Newport University.
The reason both
candidate are weak is because they have no idea about Virginia culture and
history. They cannot relate to us Southrons and we are tired of carpetbaggers
running our state government. Jus sayin. VS
McAuliffe, a multimillionaire businessman from McLean, had
touted his ability to spur economic development by citing two companies he’s
created — GreenTech Automotive and Franklin Pellets. But the struggles of those
companies to live up to his earlier claims have made him vulnerable to attacks
from Republicans seeking to debunk McAuliffe’s credentials as a job creator.
McAuliffe is a lying,
deceitful carpetbagger who is so deeply in Dictator Central politics that his
election would mirror D.C. only on a state level. Virginians cannot afford this
mealy mouthed, glad handing carpetbagger as our governor. Jus sayin. VS.
Cuccinelli, the attorney general and former state senator,
had an obvious experience advantage over the never-elected McAuliffe. But his
decision to remain on the job while running for governor has opened the door
for Democrats to question his ethics amid conflicts brought on by the
involvement of his office in high-profile cases involving political donors such
as Star Scientific and Consol Energy.
What can we expect
from a spineless, mealy mouthed, carpetbagger politian. He is no better than
McAuliffe. His election, as well, Virginians cannot afford. The reasons are
obvious. Jus sayin. VS
McAuliffe’s former role as Democratic National Committee
chairman has opened access to substantial campaign funding sources outside
Virginia, but it has also led to partisan criticism that he is a Washington
insider without substantial Virginia political roots.
Now here is one of the
best reasons to reform our state politics and bar outside campaign funds. This
outside influence has totally corrupted our state political system to the point
that we as sovereign citizens cannot get the right statesmen elected to the
state government. It is true statesmanship that can and should govern “We The
People of the Sovereign Nation State of Virginia”, and we demand and expect the
people that govern on our authority WILL act, think, and conduct themselves as
our representatives and WILL Govern accordingly. Jus sayin. VS
The analysts say McAuliffe, who is less well-known than
Cuccinelli despite an unsuccessful run for the Democratic nomination for
governor in 2009, needs to raise his profile — especially among voters
who again delivered the state for President Barack Obama in 2012.
This will be our epitaph if
we continue down this corrupt political slippery slope we are currently on.
Time for secession. Jus sayin. VS.
