During a press conference Tuesday morning, Delegate Patrick Hope (D –
Arlington) presented a high-powered revolver he said he bought for $175 at a
Virginia gun show this year. Hope said he was only asked to show his
driver’s license in order to buy the firearm.
Hope along with Senator Adam Ebbin (D – Alexandria) are working to close the
so-called gun show loophole. The two Democrats have introduced legislation that
would require background checks for every gun purchased at a gun show. Hope
said 40 percent of gun sales are conducted by private dealers that are not
required to conduct background checks.

Now the vetting begins. Let us take a look at the two brainteasers behind
the legislation.
1. Delegate Patrick Hope (D – Arlington), born March 6, 1972 (age 40),
San Antonio, Texas, U.S. Religion: Roman Catholic.
Patrick was born in San Antonio, Texas. A high school graduate of
Castle Hills First Baptist School in San Antonio, Hope received his Bachelors
of Arts degree in History from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio (’93), then
received his Master’s of Arts degree in Congressional Studies from The Catholic
University in Washington, DC (’96), and then received a Juris Doctorate degree
from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC (‘01). He
belongs to numerous organizations and causes such as the Arlington Gay and
Lesbian Alliance.
'--So, lets see. He is a come here, not from here and does not have deep roots here in VA. He may think he is a southerner, but in reality he is a scalawag. Another words he does not and will not have the best interest of the sovereign citizens of Virginia at the forefront of his legislative duties. Being a delegate from Arlington, we should be able to surmise that he is not for State's Rights, Interposition, Nullification, and Secession as well as the right to keep and bare arms. From what I can gather he is a Dem party man to the max. Not the kind of delegate that should be in Richmond doing the sovereign peoples business. Will have to keep a close eye on him and check on his voting record as a delegate.--'
2. Senator Adam Ebbin (D – Alexandria), born November 10, 1963
(age 49), Huntington, New York, U.S. Religion: Jewish
A native of Commack, New York, Adam has resided in Alexandria since 1989.
Adam also was a fellow at the Harvard University Kennedy School program for
Senior Executives in State and Local Government. He is the co-chair of the
General Assembly’s Progressive Caucus.
'--Now here is a real winner. This carpetbagger representing Alexandria is not in what I would call a good thing for Virginia. Being a member of the "Progressive Caucus", it is obvious that he will not be supporting State's Rights, Interposition, Nullification, and Session anytime soon. With his current stance on gun control and the legislative bill he coauthor there will not be any chance of support for the sovereign citizens of Virginia to keep and bare arms. I am, also, of the opinion he is secular Zionist Jew. Why else would he take the kind of stand on gun control he is taking. Another one for the watch list and voting records check as a delegate.--'

I think gun buying restrictions is a good thin but they shouldn't ban gun buying entirely. Buying an
ReplyDeleteAustralian used gun is already hard so they should try to reconsider their decisions.
